The Specifying Spanish Bilingual Representative (Remote) is responsible for engaging with customers through calls and online channels, providing exceptional customer service and technical support by resolving inquiries related to client products and services.

Responsibilities

• Utilize client systems to investigate customer part inquiries
• Have working knowledge of car mechanics
• Provides verification and/or recommendation on correct auto parts requirements
• May require considerable adaptation in response to the particular customer in order to achieve success
• Maintain database case notes on all situations
• Reads and researches relevant materials and resources to stay current in programs
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile

Skills

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must be fluent in Spanish in verbal and written form
• PC / Keyboarding Skills including Word & Excel
• Additional Automotive Parts training or certifications a plus
• 1 - 2 years of Automotive Parts Counter experience
