They are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality and usability of software applications throughout the development lifecycle, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using Jira
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Project Managers to reproduce and resolve issues
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Validate completed user stories against acceptance criteria before release
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to software quality and testing processes
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools such as BrowserStack
• Support API testing efforts when required using tools such as Postman
• Ensure clear and comprehensive test documentation and bug reports

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Experience performing manual testing for web and/or mobile applications
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience using Jira for defect tracking and test management
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level (B2) or higher, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams
• Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools
• Experience using BrowserStack or similar cross-browser testing platforms
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of performance, security, or accessibility testing principles
• Experience testing responsive web applications and mobile applications
