As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your exceptional communication skills to recruit and onboard dental providers, negotiate discounts, and foster long-term partnerships. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly salary of $18 - $21.86, a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST), and the opportunity to work with a leading organization. We provide all necessary equipment, and our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, prescription, dental, vision, and 401K plan eligibility. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to recruit dental providers and build relationships
• Negotiate discounts and share network benefits to drive interest and growth
• Process contracts, track contacts, and manage paperwork within our computer systems
• Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide top-notch support
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a related field (sales, customer service, or healthcare)
• Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication, phone etiquette, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and manage multiple priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent required
