Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Voy Ventures is a firm investing in multifamily, commercial mixed-use, and other operating real estate. They are seeking a Property Accounting Manager to review financial reporting, coordinate with property managers, and manage day-to-day cash operations for their residential portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Review of monthly and quarterly property-level financial reporting across an assigned residential portfolio
• Coordination with property managers and third-party accountants on close, variance analysis, and supporting workpapers
• Bank reconciliations, AP review and controls, and day-to-day cash management at the property level
• Onboarding new acquisitions into Yardi — allocation of acquisition costs, debt setup, and entity configuration
• CapEx tracking, lender draws and reporting, and property-level loan covenant compliance
• Supporting the Controller on audit, tax, and ad hoc reporting requests

Skills

• At least 5 years of real estate property accounting experience
• Yardi proficiency required
• Comfortable operating in a lean, sophisticated, remote environment
• Residential real estate background preferred
• Experience with rent-controlled properties is a strong plus
