Synchronisys, Inc is seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for outlining and planning all aspects of project work, including budget, timelines, and teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with relevant teams and will be proactive in identifying and mitigating project-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and ServiceNow certifications are preferred
• A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in project management, with specific experience managing ServiceNow implementations
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Experience managing end-to-end IT service management projects, including system migrations and integrations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and operations
• Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) expertise
• Ability to lead SPM workshops, gather requirements, and create user stories

Skills
