Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Smart IT Frame LLC is seeking a Product Analytics Lead to drive the implementation and adoption of Amplitude for product analytics. This role will enable measurement of user behavior and feature adoption across AI-driven applications, ensuring business stakeholders can assess usage patterns and decision insights.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation, rollout, and scaling of Amplitude platform
• Enable tracking of:
• Feature usage and product adoption
• User behavior and engagement
• Acceptance vs override vs trust signals in AI outputs
• Work closely with:
• Product teams
• Engineering teams
• AI application teams
• Drive integration of Amplitude with:
• Applications under development
• AI-powered workflows
• Define:
• Event tracking strategy
• Instrumentation standards
• Build dashboards for:
• Adoption metrics
• Product usage insights
• Support ongoing enhancements of analytics and reporting

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Amplitude (implementation and instrumentation)
• Expertise in product analytics
• Expertise in event tracking frameworks
• Experience integrating analytics platforms with applications
• Knowledge of data pipelines
• Ability to quickly take over platform from product team
