Qualifications: Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a closely related life sciences field. A minimum of 8-10 years of post-doctoral research or industry experience focused on drug discovery and development. Demonstrated track record of leading successful drug discovery programs and achieving key milestones. Extensive experience in relevant therapeutic areas (e.g., oncology, immunology, neurology, infectious diseases). Deep expertise in one or more key drug discovery disciplines (e.g., small molecule discovery, biologics development, gene therapy, assay development). Strong publication record in high-impact peer-reviewed journals. Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
