• Independently manage client and Offshore team interactions

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Design
• Sheet Metal Fabrication and Welding Experience in Heavy industries
• Hands on Experience in design using CAD tools like CREO and PLM (Windchill)
• Experience in Requirement Analysis, Design & Development
• Experience in Engineering Change management process
• Bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
• Should independently manage client and Offshore team interactions
• Can show the skill and boolean search
• Experience in Heavy industries, Trucks and Off highway is preferred
• Shopfloor experience
• Good to have experience in managing Offshore team
• Previous experience working with Dump trucks/Tippers
