To manage the day-to-day scheduling operations, ensure that jobs are ready for scheduling. The candidate will have experience efficiently scheduling work orders and ensuring technicians have the ability to arrive on time. Plumbing/HVAC/Service industry experience is highly preferred! Responsibilities include:  versee day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and managing service appointments  Coordinate scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs  Dispatch technicians to job sites in a timely and efficient manne   Monitor technician schedules and adjust as needed to accommodate emergencies or last-minute chang   Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns or complai   Ensure excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional ma  r  Organize and maintain systems for documents, invoices, and client re  ds  Process payments from customers and follow up on overdue accounts as nec  ary  Assist in setting up and implementation of Servi  itan  Additional responsibilities to support the growth of the ompany Minimum Skills and Experience qu red  Experience in dispatching, preferably in a similar industry such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical s  ices  Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and in dispatching software such as Serv  Titan  Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and priori  e work  Attention to detail and problem solv  skills  Excellent communication with customers, suppliers, and t  members  Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/service terminology, processes, and materials can be beneficial for understanding the business and communicating effectively with technicians a  customers  Must have a clear bac round check If you are interested in being part of an established and dynamic business where you will have opportunities to develop and grow your career, we want to h r from you!
