They are seeking a Technical Analyst – Diagnostic to join an Agile team, focusing on building healthcare applications and implementing new features while maintaining high coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot diagnostic imaging and ancillary applications
• Perform testing, validation, and minor upgrade/project activities
• Monitor and troubleshoot HL7 interfaces and data flow issues
• Support DICOM workflows and imaging interoperability
• Maintain application configurations, access, templates, and security settings
• Troubleshoot operational issues impacting diagnostic workflows and data availability
• Support data extracts, loads, mappings, and validation activities
• Document system configurations, issues, and resolutions
• Provide technical support to clinical and operational users
• Collaborate with infrastructure, integration, and Epic Radiant teams

Skills

• 10+ Years of experience
• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc
• Mandatory skills: Diagnostic imaging, Healthcare
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable
