Role Overview: We are looking for a Remote Part-Time Scheduling Assistant to help with scheduling and coordinating staff for events. This flexible position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, problem-solving, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Assist with scheduling staff for upcoming events and ensuring all shifts are covered. Coordinate with staff to confirm availability and resolve scheduling conflicts. Help track and update staff attendance and punctuality. Assist in communicating event details to staff and ensuring they are properly prepared. Support the team in managing last-minute changes or urgent staffing requests. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
