  • *Key Responsibilities:**

As a Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including:

+ Answering phones and responding to orders and re-orders in a timely and professional manner. + Addressing customer inquiries and resolving client complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency. + Triage incoming faxes, clarify orders as needed, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Utilizing strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and efficient processing of pharmacy orders and customer requests.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues and excellent communication skills.
  • *Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
  • Previous experience in pharmacy, with long-term care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications, as well as moderate to advanced computer skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus.
