Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VISIT FLORIDA is the state’s official tourism marketing organization, tasked with promoting Florida as a vacation destination. They are seeking a detail-oriented Paid Media Coordinator to support the execution and tracking of paid media initiatives, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and managing relationships with agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution, tracking, and documentation of paid media buys across both domestic and international marketing initiatives
• Assist in evaluating incoming media proposals to ensure strict alignment with campaign objectives, budgets, targeting parameters, and timelines
• Partner with agencies and internal teams to build asset trackers, ensuring all creative materials meet media specs and are delivered on schedule
• Keep internal tracking systems updated with essential campaign documentation
• Enter and track media insertion orders in Salesforce, coordinating directly with the contracts department when revisions or updates are required
• Maintain budget workbooks to monitor billed amounts and remaining balances, reviewing agency invoices to flag any discrepancies before final approval
• Assist with campaign reporting workflows by gathering data, managing dashboard links, tracking deadlines, and identifying key performance trends

Skills

• Associate's degree
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Understanding of marketing principles, market research, and consumer behavior
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and agencies. Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail
• Ability to create and maintain relationships with agencies, brand representatives, and other industry partners
• Position includes travel that requires a valid driver's license
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Communications or relevant field
• Experience working with CRM databases, preferably Salesforce & Marketing Cloud
