Job Responsibilities As a Remote Overnight Crisis Chat/Text Licensed Supervisor at careerzynith, your primary duties will include

• Providing direct clinical support to clinicians answering calls, chats, and texts, ensuring that they have the resources and guidance they need to provide exceptional care.
• Providing administrative and personnel support to clinicians, including reviewing chats and texts, documenting reputed company-line clinician interactions, and assisting with training as needed.
• Collaborating with a diverse range of community partners, including law enforcement, medical facilities, and schools, to ensure seamless coordination of care and support.
• Providing on-call clinical support to staff as needed, ensuring that reputed company is always equipped to respond to crises and provide expert guidance.
• Answering calls, chats, and texts as needed, providing crisis reputed company services and risk assessments to individuals in need.

Requirements

• A Master's degree with a major specialization in reputed company/Behavioral/Social Services or a reputed company field from an accredited college or university.
