The role involves managing a specific workstream within the broader Oracle migration program, focusing on areas such as Oracle HCM, ERP, and EPM while driving coordination and execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a specific workstream within the broader Oracle migration program
• Drive coordination, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
• Own delivery from planning through execution

Skills

• Approximately 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience
• Strong enterprise-scale program delivery background
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
• Experience managing executive stakeholders, including VP, SVP, and CTO-level leaders
• Oracle domain experience in at least one of the following areas: HCM, ERP, EPM
• Experienced TPM capable of driving complex initiatives end-to-end
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable navigating cross-functional enterprise environments with high visibility
