• Handle full month-end close processes
• Reconcile accounts and correct discrepancies

• Support ongoing bookkeeping operations
• Improve accounting workflows and processes

Skills

• U.S.-based (W-9 required)
• 4+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience
• Proven QBO clean-up and month-end close experience
• Experience managing multiple client accounts
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Available 30 hours/week
• Construction industry experience is a strong plus
