The Multi-State Human Resource Manager will lead HR functions, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture while partnering with the Executive Team and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll and HRIS processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance documentation
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance, and policy matters
• Investigate and resolve employee concerns while ensuring legal compliance
• Deliver trainings and keep handbooks, policies, and job descriptions up to date
• Partner with leadership on recruiting, onboarding, and terminations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR vendors and represent the company in hearings as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office
• High emotional intelligence, organizational skills, and ability to build trust across all levels
• Healthcare or senior living experience preferred
