This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making significant contributions to the mental health of individuals seeking help. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, safety concerns, and treatment goals.
  • Develop targeted, individualized treatment plans tailored specifically to the unique challenges each client presents.
  • Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, focused on improving mental health and overall well-being.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to address diverse mental health conditions.
  • Maintain thorough and confidential client documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, support staff, and community resources to provide holistic care and promote client resilience.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will involve working with a varied population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of your clients will be essential in tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their specific needs.

Qualifications

  • A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.
  • An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the mental health field, with demonstrated competencies in various therapeutic modalities.
  • Strong understanding of mental health challenges faced by a wide range of individuals and families.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency with telehealth technologies and an ability to engage clients effectively through virtual platforms.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in providing therapy in a telehealth format, along with familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • A background in crisis intervention and managed care is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing a diverse caseload while prioritizing clients' needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
