Role Overview Medchoice Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our compassionate team. This full-time remote position is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing quality mental health services and making a positive impact on clients' lives. As a member of our outpatient team, you will work collaboratively to deliver effective counseling and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients via teletherapy.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance service delivery.
• Stay current with developments in mental health practices and policies.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling role is preferred.
