The role involves helping Medicare beneficiaries review their coverage options and enroll in plans that fit their healthcare needs, while agents maintain ownership of their book of business and receive comprehensive support from the company.

Responsibilities

  • Helping Medicare beneficiaries review their coverage options, understand plan benefits, compare available solutions, and enroll in plans that fit their healthcare needs
  • Working with clients through in-person appointments, community-based marketing, referral relationships, phone consultations, virtual appointments, local events, and ongoing client follow-up

Skills

  • Active health insurance license
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow a structured sales process
  • Interest in Medicare sales, marketing, and client relationship building
  • Willingness to complete training and stay current on Medicare compliance
  • Self-motivated with a desire to grow a long-term business
  • Florida license preferred, but not required
  • Medicare sales experience preferred
  • Field sales or street agent experience preferred
