Position Overview Remote Customer Service Representative As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the first reputed company of contact for many of our valued clients. This is a critical role because first impressions matter—and in the Medicare industry, they matter even more. Our clients are often navigating reputed company healthcare decisions during a vulnerable time in their lives, and you will be there to provide reassurance, guidance, and exceptional service with every interaction. Important Note This is NOT a sales position. You will not be responsible for cold calling, closing deals, or pushing insurance products. Your role is purely focused on delivering outstanding customer support, answering questions, and helping clients navigate our systems and services. Key Responsibilities
