This position involves hands-on HVAC and mechanical system design for complex buildings, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with top-tier engineers across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Work on and own HVAC and mechanical system design for complex buildings
• Act as Engineer of Record on select projects
• Work across federal, higher ed, commercial, and healthcare projects
• Collaborate with top tier engineers nationwide (remotely)
• Mentor junior engineers without being forced into management

Skills

• PE license
• 5+ years in MEP consulting
• Strong HVAC and building systems design experience
• Revit experience
