The role involves owning HVAC and mechanical system design for complex buildings and collaborating with top-tier engineers while mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Work on and own HVAC and mechanical system design for complex buildings
• Act as Engineer of Record on select projects
• Work across federal, higher ed, commercial, and institutional projects
• Collaborate with top-tier engineers nationwide (remotely)
• Mentor junior engineers without being forced into management

Skills

• PE license required
• 4+ years in MEP consulting
• Strong HVAC and building systems design experience
• Revit experience
