They are growing their marketing team and looking for talented individuals across various tracks including media buying, social media content, page management, and community management.

Responsibilities

• You know how to run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok
• You are comfortable managing budgets, reading performance data, and iterating fast
• You can create or direct short-form content that stops people from scrolling
• You understand what works on Reels and TikTok — hooks, pacing, formats — and you have a strong instinct for drama and storytelling content
• You can run and grow our social presence across platforms
• You are organised, consistent, and understand how to build an audience from the ground up
• You build and engage communities around content-driven products — across both viewers and content creators
• You know how to spark conversations, keep audiences coming back, and turn viewers into fans
• You also understand how to attract, onboard, and retain creators who want to build on a new platform
