[Remote] Marketing Programs Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KYG Trade is an AI-native software application at the intersection of technology and global trade. The Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for executing demand generation programs that support lead generation, pipeline growth, and brand awareness, working closely with the CMO and external agency partners to manage campaigns and track results.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, events, content promotion, and other lead generation channels
  • Coordinate campaign schedules, assets, approvals, and deployment activities
  • Work with external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure campaigns launch on time and according to requirements
  • Execute organic and paid social media campaigns, using LinkedIn and other relevant channels to build brand awareness, engage target buyer personas, promote campaign assets, and generate qualified demand
  • Support webinar promotion, event marketing, and trade association marketing activities
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on results
  • Assist with campaign testing and optimization efforts
  • Maintain campaign documentation, tracking, and reporting
  • Manage marketing activities within CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Maintain prospect and customer marketing lists
  • Support lead routing and campaign tracking processes
  • Ensure accurate campaign attribution and reporting data
  • Produce recurring reports on marketing activity, lead generation, and campaign performance
  • Maintain marketing calendars and project schedules

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with direct responsibility for campaign execution and lead generation activities
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing programs
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience coordinating multiple marketing projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with regulated industries such as trade compliance, logistics, banking, legal, healthcare, or insurance is a plus
  • Event marketing and webinar promotion experience preferred
