LinkedIn is seeking experienced marketing measurement and growth analytics professionals to provide expert insights for a project in their AI Marketplace. The role involves completing a one-time, paid, project-based interview focusing on various marketing methodologies such as attribution modeling and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Choosing attribution, MMM, incrementality, and testing approaches for different business decisions
• Assembling and validating spend, exposure, conversion, and outcome data across channels
• Designing statistically sound A/B or multivariate tests with clear hypotheses, guardrails, sample size, and duration
• Translating model or experiment output into budget, creative, channel, or programme recommendations
• Explaining workflows specifically within: attribution modelling, marketing-mix modelling, incrementality testing, and experiment design workflows

Skills

• 8+ years in marketing measurement, growth analytics, experimentation, attribution, or marketing data science
• Direct, hands-on experience in attribution modelling, marketing-mix modelling, incrementality testing, and experiment design workflows
• Experience making or influencing decisions related to model choice, data inclusion, validation method, statistical thresholds, guardrails, experiment roadmap, and actionability criteria
• Familiarity with tools such as: R, Python, SQL, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Meta/Google/LinkedIn Ads data, Snowflake, BigQuery, Tableau, Optimizely, VWO
• Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
• Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with HR, legal, payroll, finance, HRIS, business leaders, people managers, or compensation committee stakeholders as relevant to the workflow
