Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a skilled Software Change Management Subject Matter Expert to support application migration projects utilizing IBM’s DBB/Git/IDD Solutions. The role involves guiding clients through the conversion process, providing technical expertise, migration support, and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support (CA-Endevor) SCMs to DBB/GIT/IDD migration projects
• Articulate a strategic vision for modernizing IBM's Git/DBB solution with clear business benefits
• Architect DevOps pipeline using Git, IBM DBB for intelligent mainframe builds, and automated deployment
• Assess current legacy SCM workflows and design a migration path to Git with IBM DBB
• Perform installation, configuration, and problem determination for DBB/GIT/IDD on customer systems
• Analyze, convert, and validate Endevor applications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting DBB/GIT/IDD-related issues
• Conduct customer training sessions and develop presentation materials for DBB/Git/IDD and migration processes
• Collaborate with IBM teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Document migration processes, best practices, and technical resolution

Skills

• Clear, concise communication skills

• Strong Application Development or System Programmer background
• Proven installation and migration experience on IBM z/OS and USS
• Excellent customer interfacing and communication skills
• Solid problem determination and troubleshooting ability related to Git/DBB/IDD/Wazi
• Proficiency in YAML / Groovy Scripts

• 8 + years as a Systems Programmer or other similar position
• 4+ years of customer-facing consulting experience
• Development, application lifecycle, or change management experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience in mainframe modernization, SCM, DBB/GIT/IDD
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a global team
