They are seeking an experienced Locum Tenens Physician Recruiter to source, recruit, and place physicians nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified physicians for locum tenens assignments
• Maintain a pipeline of active and prospective candidates
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, and fit
• Partner with facilities to understand and meet staffing needs
• Present candidates and manage the placement process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and clients
• Keep current with market trends in locum tenens recruiting

Skills

• 2 years of full-cycle locum tenens physician recruiting experience within a staffing agency
• Understanding of licensing, credentialing, privileging, and assignment logistics (we have travel, licensing, and credentialing teams in-house)
• Proven production history with consistent monthly placements and revenue generation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong time management
• Experience working with both direct facility relationships and VMS/MSP accounts
• Candidate rate negotiation
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a high-volume desk independently
