Manage and service client inquiries generated through company-supported marketing and referral efforts Responsibilities: Learn and apply our established systems, workflows, and offerings Speak with prospective clients who have requested information Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom Guide clients through their options with clarity and confidence Work closely with leadership and team members to ensure a smooth client experience Maintain performance standards aligned with company expectations Maintain compliance with state and licensing guidelines Attend ongoing virtual trainings and team meetings Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through inbound interest and company‑supported referral channels Help households secure solutions that fit their goals and circumstances Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer support, or a related field is helpful but not required Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and virtual meeting tools Strong communication skills with attention to detail Self‑directed, coachable, and driven to improve Professional, confident presence on calls and video meetings Service‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving ability Requirements: Ability to successfully complete a background check Reliable computer, phone, and internet access Active Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one (support provided) Availability to accommodate client schedules, including some evenings or weekends Remote position within a licensed financial services brokerage Structured onboarding and virtual training Compensation aligned with performance metrics and company standards Professional development and leadership growth pathways Support for obtaining required state insurance licensing Licensing support provided for candidates who meet eligibility requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
