Position Overview Restoring Waves is seeking a compassionate, licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing remote team as a 1099 independent contractor. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build or expand your caseload in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about client-centered care and committed to delivering ethical, culturally responsive services.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual and couples therapy sessions via secure telehealth platform
• Develop treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other providers as needed
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice
• Manage your schedule while meeting agreed-upon availability Qualifications
• Active LCSW license (both fully licensed and associates are welcome)
• Master's Degree in Social work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
• Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
