This role involves being the first point of contact for potential clients, handling calls, screening cases, and providing administrative support to attorneys and paralegals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming phone calls and respond promptly to prospective client inquiries
• Conduct thorough intakes for personal injury cases, including:
• – Motor vehicle accidents
• – Child injury
• – Dog bites
• – Product liability
• – Other negligence and injury matters
• Enter and update case information into the firm’s systems
• Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives
• Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks
• Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and organize documents
• Help ensure smooth, efficient workflow across the legal team

Skills

• Prior experience in personal injury law required
