The role involves recruiting and placing attorneys, developing relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments, and consulting clients on hiring needs and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place attorneys across a variety of practice areas based on pre-defined needs
• Develop relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments
• Source, screen, and interview attorney candidates
• Consult with clients regarding hiring needs and market trends
• Build and maintain long-term candidate and client relationships

• JD, attorney recruiting experience, or significant experience working with attorneys and law firms is strongly preferred
