Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Legal Billing Coordinator Billing Specialist to join our client to support accurate, compliant, and timely legal billing operations. This role is central to the firm’s revenue cycle and partners closely with attorneys and finance teams to ensure billing activity aligns with client guidelines and internal standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full billing cycle including invoice preparation, prebill review, and final posting
• Review billing activity to ensure compliance with client guidelines and internal policies
• Submit invoices through electronic billing platforms and resolve submission or rejection issues
• Maintain billing data including rates, timekeepers, budgets, and client requirements
• Identify, research, and correct billing discrepancies across internal and external systems

Skills

• At least two years of full cycle legal billing experience within a law firm environment
• Proficiency with legal billing systems
• Hands on experience with electronic billing platforms and client billing rules
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple billing deadlines
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with attorneys and finance teams
• Aderant experience strongly preferred
