KPG99 INC is seeking a Lead Workday Student Financials Consultant to provide expertise in Workday Student Financials for a higher education client. The role involves leading the workstream, gathering requirements, and supporting various project activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday Student Financials workstream for a higher education client
• Provide functional expertise across Student Financials business processes and configuration
• Gather requirements and recommend best practices to client stakeholders
• Support testing, issue resolution, deployment activities, and post-production support
• Execute and oversee data conversion and loading activities
• Collaborate with Student Records, Integrations, and Reporting teams

Skills

• Active Workday Student Financials Certification (Required)
• Active Workday Data Loading Certification (Required)
• Proven experience leading Workday Student Financials projects within higher education
• Strong experience with data conversion and data loads
• Deep understanding of Workday Student business processes and configuration
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting Workday Student implementations or optimization projects for colleges and universities
• Consulting experience across multiple higher education institutions
• Familiarity with cross-functional Workday Student modules and dependencies
