Franklin Fitch is seeking a Principal Product Manager to accelerate the transition from concept to validated products, focusing on the intersection of product, engineering, and AI. This hands-on role involves partnering with stakeholders to identify problems, prototype solutions, and enhance software delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and engineering teams to identify and solve problems
• Translate ideas into prototypes, MVPs, and scalable solutions
• Leverage AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate delivery
• Improve SDLC processes and execution speed
• Drive alignment across product and engineering teams
• Build credibility through hands-on technical contribution

Skills

• Experience operating across product, engineering, solutions, or innovation environments
• Ability to move from discovery → prototype → execution
• Strong operational mindset and business problem-solving ability
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure
