They are seeking a Lead Marketing Copywriter to manage a team of copywriters and drive revenue through AI-augmented copywriting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand, Growth Product, SEO, SEM, Design, and Engineering to ensure copy quality and consistency across all customer-facing assets
• Design and own AI-powered copywriting systems including custom GPTs, agents, n8n workflows, and prompt libraries to scale output
• Lead, coordinate, mentor, and develop the copywriting team, running 1:1s and performance reviews
• Define copy strategy, brand voice, style guides, and copywriting frameworks while proposing improvements across owned channels

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in copywriting roles, with 3+ years in B2B tech/SaaS or similar fast-paced industries
• Proven track record leading AI adoption and AI-powered workflows in a copywriting or marketing context
• Experience working for North American-based tech companies, in-house or agency
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Conversion and direct-response copywriting expertise across email, landing pages, ads, and web, including A/B testing and Voice-of-Customer (VoC) research
