The role involves engaging with advanced language models to enhance their understanding of Khaleeji grammar and linguistics, while documenting errors and suggesting improvements.

Responsibilities

• Converse with the model on language scenarios
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Khaleeji language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal
• Native-level fluency in Khaleeji language
• Deep, practical understanding of the language's nuances
• Extensive experience in teaching, translation, or community-based linguistic projects can substitute for a formal degree
• Clear, metacognitive communication—'showing your work'—is essential
