• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities
• Coordinate tasks across multiple teams
• Assist with project schedules and timelines

• Prepare project status updates
• Create project presentations and reports
• Assist with meeting coordination and follow-up activities

Skills

• 1-5 years of Project Analyst or Project Coordinator experience
• Experience using: Jira (Highest Priority), Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Visio
• Experience supporting IT projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience tracking project milestones and deliverables
• Ability to communicate with both technical and business teams
• Retail industry experience
• Oracle Retail Xstore POS experience
• POS systems experience
• Payment systems experience
• Omnichannel commerce experience
• Retail operations knowledge
• Store technology experience
