Prime Lender Solutions, LLC is a customer-focused financial institution dedicated to helping homeowners access the equity in their homes with speed, accuracy, and care. As a Junior Loan Processor, you will manage the end-to-end processing of Home Equity Line of Credit applications, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy of documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify borrower information, including credit reports, income, credit and asset documentation, as well as property details to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and submit complete loan files to Underwriting to obtain approval and achieve Clear to Close upon initial review
• Communicate with applicants to request any outstanding documentation and provide status updates at regular intervals (every 24–48 hours)
• Prepare and provide weekly pipeline updates to Loan Officers, clearly communicating the status of each loan file
• Respond to all emails within the same business day. Urgent matters should be addressed immediately upon receipt
• Facilitate communication with external third-party partners, including but not limited to appraisal management companies, title companies, and insurance agencies
• Ensure full compliance with applicable lending regulations, internal policies, and investor guidelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records while consistently meeting established processing timelines
• Consistently achieve a monthly loan closing volume of 20-30 transactions

Skills

• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and documentation requirements
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in loan origination systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• 2+ years of mortgage or HELOC processing experience preferred
