The Service Desk Analyst will provide technical support to users, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and deliver outstanding customer service, while maintaining technical documentation and ensuring efficient system operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Desk operations with a strong focus on Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML)
• Managed user access provisioning/de-provisioning, role changes, system permissions etc
• Ensured compliance with policies, SLAs and ITIL best practices

• 4-5 years of work experience
