Akraya, Inc. is an award-winning IT staffing firm, and they are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate the OATI Simplification Project. The role involves providing day-to-day project leadership, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones, and managing project schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and day-to-day coordination activities
• Facilitate team meetings, design sessions, and stakeholder communications
• Manage project schedules, risk registers, budgets, and project documentation
• Maintain SDLC documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate requirements, testing, issue resolution, and production support activities
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery

Skills

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of Project Management and SDLC methodologies
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and documentation
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• PMP Certification
• Experience with Jira, SharePoint, and Confluence
• Utility or Grid Operations Technology experience
• Experience supporting integration projects involving APIs, SFTP, AWS/OATI, PI/OSIsoft, or EMS systems
