They are seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to support IT revenue cycle initiatives, focusing on coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track intake and pre-initiative activities using Google tools
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and finalize business requirements
• Ensure initiative readiness (resource capacity, funding, approvals)
• Create and maintain tracking sheets, templates, and documentation
• Generate monthly status reports and update monthly roadmaps using ServiceNow data and Google Slides
• Lead meetings and support ongoing coordination efforts
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to maintain momentum

• Data tracking and reporting (Google Sheets/Slides)

• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in healthcare or revenue cycle
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Google Workspace
