Key Responsibilities

• Review scenarios involving portfolio recommendations, asset allocation, rebalancing decisions, investment policy statements, and client investment objectives
• Evaluate investment outputs against risk profile, time horizon, liquidity needs, tax considerations, and documented client constraints
• Support structured review of investment research, portfolio strategy materials, alternative investment analysis, and asset allocation frameworks
• Identify missing assumptions, suitability issues, risk considerations, and expected portfolio review outcomes Financial Planning & Client Advisory Support
• Review financial planning scenarios involving retirement projections, client discovery materials, tax-loss harvesting, estate planning concepts, and advisory recommendations
• Evaluate client-facing communications against planning objectives, source materials, fiduciary considerations, and suitability requirements
• Support structured review of financial plans, advisory notes, client summaries, retirement models, and planning-related documentation
• Prepare clear written explanations for advisory decisions based on source materials and verifiable criteria Wealth Management Data & Fiduciary Workflow Evaluation
• Annotate, label, or validate materials across wealth management and asset management use cases
• Review scenarios involving risk profiling, alternative investment due diligence, fund operations, fiduciary standards, and regulatory considerations

• 3+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, financial planning, portfolio management, client advisory, private banking, RIA work, family office, fund operations, or related investment roles
• Background in one or more areas such as client advisory, financial planning, portfolio construction, asset allocation, alternative investments, estate planning, fiduciary compliance, or institutional asset management
• Familiarity with advisory workflows involving client discovery, IPS development, portfolio review, retirement projections, tax-aware planning, rebalancing, and investment recommendations
• Comfort reading and preparing financial advisory artifacts such as client summaries, investment policy statements, planning notes, portfolio reviews, due diligence summaries, and advisory communications
• Strong analytical thinking and written communication skills
• Ability to translate advisory and investment workflows into clear, structured task documentation Educational Background
• A degree or professional background in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, investment management, financial planning, or a related field is helpful
• Equivalent practical experience in wealth management, asset management, private banking, RIA advisory, portfolio management, or family office work is also highly relevant Nice to Have
• CFA, CFP, CAIA, Series 65, Series 66, or related financial advisory credentials
• Experience at an RIA, wirehouse, private bank, asset manager, family office, fund platform, or institutional investment organization
