They are seeking an Instructional Designer to support a large-scale Workday implementation initiative by designing and developing training solutions that help employees adopt new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT) and eLearning solutions supporting a Workday implementation
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate complex processes into effective learning experiences
• Apply adult learning principles to create engaging and performance-focused training
• Develop eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Create supporting training materials and job aids as needed
• Contribute to change adoption efforts through learning and communications support

Skills

• Instructional design experience with a portfolio demonstrating eLearning and ILT projects
• Expert knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Photoshop, and SnagIt
• Experience gathering content from subject matter experts and working with minimal existing materials
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to adapt to different work styles and personalities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-directed environment without sacrificing quality
• A background check and drug screen are required for the selected consultants
• Must be able to share work samples during an interview
• Background in health insurance, healthcare, or behavioral health training
• Experience supporting Workday implementations
• Experience supporting large-scale organizational change initiatives
