Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Energy BPO Corp is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their commercial energy sales team. The role involves contacting business owners to sell electricity and natural gas supply solutions, requiring strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective commercial customers to generate sales opportunities
• Identify and engage business owners, office managers, and key decision-makers
• Educate customers on electricity and natural gas supply options and explain the benefits of switching providers
• Present pricing plans and contract terms in a clear and professional manner
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through daily calling activities
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to maximize conversions
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and KPIs
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing changes, and industry regulations
• Ensure compliance with all applicable sales and regulatory requirements

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, call center sales, or business-to-business (B2B) sales preferred
• Energy industry experience is a plus but not required
