They are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (Tooling Specialist) to design and develop tooling solutions that enhance manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop tooling, fixtures, jigs, and gauges for manufacturing and assembly lines
• Create detailed 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks or CATIA
• Apply advanced GD&T and iterate designs based on production feedback
• Generate and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and BOMs
• Collaborate daily with onshore engineering teams (English required)
• Support manufacturing with DFMA principles and resolve shop-floor design questions
• Deliver progress updates, weekly reports, and final project documentation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Design (mechanical focus) or related field
• Experience in tooling / fixtures design
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks or CATIA
• Advanced application of GD&T in production drawings
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Experience with FEA / simulation, DFMA, and PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill)
• Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate across time zones
• Collaborate daily with onshore engineering teams (English required)
