They are seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to build and maintain relationships with influencers, track influencer marketing projects, and execute campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, retaining, and helping creators grow up with the brand
• Analyze & monitor KOL performance
• Maintaining good working relationships with influencers/KOLs for the implementation of campaigns
• Negotiate contracts and organization of influencer programs that are focused on driving revenue
• Preparation of pitch deck and proposals
• Lead influencer/KOL development plan according to brand image
• Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns
• Monitoring customer feedback
• Update of Weekly and Monthly Reports

Skills

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or the equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to analyze data, interpret marketing metrics, and generate insight
• Experience managing micro-influencer programs and communities
• Able to contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
