• Building strong ties with Operations
• Resolving employee challenges
• Championing compliance with wage/hour laws, FMLA, and ADA
• Leading dynamic training sessions
• Managing performance evaluations
• Fueling talent acquisition through hiring events and compelling job descriptions
• Tackling HR Hotline calls
• Conducting investigations
• Shaping policies that empower teams

Skills

• 5 years of HR generalist experience (or a bachelor's + 3 years)
• Sharp MS Office skills
• Passion for building relationships
• Delivering engaging presentations
• Driving results
• HRIS experience
• SHRM PHR certification
