[Remote] HR Generalist (Contractor to FTE)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Residex® is seeking an experienced Contract HR Generalist to join their team with a primary focus on full-cycle recruiting. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and providing support on various HR functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive and capable of making an immediate impact, with the potential for the role to transition to full-time employment in 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions across various departments and levels
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidates
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation within approved parameters
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring processes
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring pipeline status
  • Develop and post compelling job descriptions that attract top talent
  • Facilitate positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires
  • Assist with employee relations matters and respond to employee inquiries
  • Support HR compliance activities and maintain employee records
  • Coordinate with benefits administration and HR systems as needed
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department Skills
  • 3+ years of HR experience with substantial focus on recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions across multiple functions and levels
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruiting channels and tools
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Industry-specific recruiting experience relevant to our organization
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruiting Company Overview
