Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Millennium Group is seeking a High Volume Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, class-based hiring. The role involves partnering with hiring leaders, executing sourcing strategies, and ensuring efficient scheduling and compliance throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Manages full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, class-based hiring from intake through offer and onboarding coordination
  • Partners with hiring leaders to support workforce planning, including class sizing, hiring timelines, and pipeline targets
  • Builds and maintains forward-looking, class-based pipelines to ensure readiness for upcoming start dates
  • Executes sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS
  • Screens candidates using structured criteria to assess qualifications, class alignment, and start-date availability
  • Coordinates interviews and pre-hire activities, ensuring efficient, high-volume scheduling
  • Tracks pipeline health and proactively identifies risks to class fill, escalating issues with recommended solutions
  • Maintains accurate ATS documentation and compliance with hiring policies
  • Prepares and extends job offers aligned to compensation guidelines and hiring timelines
  • Uses recruiting metrics and dashboards to monitor progress and recommend adjustments

Skills

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with high-volume, class based hiring
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience supporting structured hiring plans or cohort/class hiring models
  • Strong organizational and desk management skills with ability to prioritize workload independently
  • Experience consulting with hiring leaders and providing data-driven recommendations
  • Experience using ATS systems to manage workflows and track activity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Workday, Eightfold, or similar recruiting platforms
  • Experience leveraging data insights, market intelligence, and talent trends to inform recruiting strategies
